In this training we learn to understand what assertiveness means - to be able to express openly your opinion, give your statement, share your feelings without possibly insulting or hurting the communication partner.
We discuss and role play the usual situations from everyday business - handling a negative client, negotiationg with an upset colleague or nervous business partner.
This training is designed for anybody who handles conflict situations and/or deals with problem solving situations.
